Private equity: acted for an international lender in the advance of a loan facility to a Kenyan company in the real estate sector specializing in construction of students hostels.

Import financing: acted for a Kenyan bank in perfection of securities in relation to advance of loan facilities amounting to USD 40,000,000 advanced to a Kenyan subsidiary of a foreign entity to finance import of oil and related products.

Factoring: acted for a Kenyan subsidiary of a foreign entity involved in the financing of various players in the agriculture supply chain in the drafting of various agreements, perfection of securities and enforcement of the securities.
